Cosy home with parking close to city centre

Close to city centre, comfortable, good amenities, pleasant house with all we needed. A short walk to a lovely pub.

Noisy neighbours one night, a little dusty in places.

Cosy Cottage has a very good cost-value ratio compared to other offerings in Exeter. It is spacious and equipped with all essentials. It is also surprisingly quiet although it is adjacent to a busy road to Exeter. A private parking space is available if needed. A small supermarket is 2 minutes walk away which provides food, beverages and daily requirements. The bus stop with frequent services to Exeter city centre is opposite the shop. You can reach easily St David railway station in 15 minutes by foot or more infrequent bus services..

The house was spotlessly clean. The bedding smelt freshly washed and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The key safe meant we could check in later than arranged.

My 21 year old grandson is disabled and he struggled with the lip on the front door step. For anyone with good mobility, this is not a problem .
