Location. Peaceful etc.

Not as clean as it could have been. No live TV availability. Sofa bed in lieu of a proper sofa. Low water pressure. Bed, although comfortable, was too low for us older folk.

Idyllic location, well equipped and spacious 2 storey annex. Had the most peaceful 2 day stay here. Would most definitely recommend it if u want to get off the beaten track and enjoy the rolling devon countryside.

"Worth every penny for a short stay."

9.0

Surprisingly spacious, even more so upstairs in the bedroom, very well equipped, quiet and undisturbed. The bed was firmly comfortable and the views, although not immediately obvious, are well worth looking at. The sound of sheep was a nice touch - even if the credit for that belongs elsewhere!

All the heat goes straight up to the bedroom, so it wasn't exactly cosy downstairs. The fan heater does go along way to resolving that.
