"Reception staff ruined the whole hotel picture :/"

Big pool, nice river views. Very nice outside breakfast area.

Staff attitude at the reception does not meet the standards and stood out negatively comparing with other hotels during our trip. Poor buffet at breakfast. Not enough sunbeds around the pool (only 8 with a big pool!). Sunbeds old and worn out.

comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. nice location.

Reception staff friendly but not well informed. I asked for information about the town. I was given a free town map but was asked to return it as it was the only copy they had. I wanted to book an aroma therapy massage (as per their 'massage menue'), I was incorrectly told that only Thai massage was available. It took 10 mins to sort.

Sulla riva del Mekong,si trova questo “vintage “,hotel .Posizione stupenda,camera molto grande e confortevole.

La colazione è di una pensione,non di un hotel a 5 stelle,la pulizia può decisamente migliorare.Nella spa hanno l’aria condizionata molto fredda.Ho dovuto dire di spegnerla…Nelle spa bisogna avere caldo non freddo i muscoli non si rilassano con il freddo…

Excellent, comfortable, spacious room. Isolated location, away from the city, but a short trip into town. Lovely building with tasteful art, peaceful grounds for walking.

You’re not going to be able to walk for food or entertainment very easily from here…but that is also part of the charm. If you want to be in the middle of the action, a different hotel may be better suited for you.
