The location is good. Walking distance to good restaurants, shopping mall etc

"Could do with washing up bowl plug in kitchen sink needs repairing….Over all it suited are needs."

Unable to watch TV …..only if you use your own contract for Netflix. All other programmes not available. Owner told us he had no TV licence which was the reason no programmes were available which was very disappointing as it was advertised TV forgot to say but not able to view.
