The caravan was spacious

There was hardly any cutlery and plates no good for a family ,the outside balcony was very loose as you walked up the steps to get in not good for disabled like me and my husband, the the chairs for the dinner table very wobbly need tightening up lovely caravan just neglected

Shower in bedroom, didnt work, toilet seat broken and hanging off, not very clean, decking was sinking in places, no information on hot to put the heating on, kitchen area very unclean, no toilet rolls or bedding, would of been good to get the heads up first, nothing like finishing work and going shopping for bedding etc,being honest we are 4 guys working away so we just needed somewere to sleep, if i was on holiday with my family i would of been very upset at the state of the caravan for the money they are charging

It was quiet at night, we enjoyed the dino karts, the bed was comfy.

We're not entirely sure it had been cleaned before our arrival, or possibly only half cleaned as the pots had been washed and the sides had been wiped down, it was in a tidy state. But around ten minutes after checking in a couple arrived to ask if it had been cleaned. At this point we hadn't explored other than the main bathroom, which was flooded behind the toilet. The gentleman fixed that for us and then left. We then had chance to take a look - it clearly hadn't been hoovered properly, there were crumbs and blue pieces of star confetti throughout, the cutlery drawer was full of crumbs, the pan drawer full of flaked away plastic from the drawer itself, the oven was DISGUSTING with dirty trays caked with food, we didn't use it at all during our stay. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher tabs provided, toothpaste marks on the bathroom sides, and a questionable brown mark on the back of the en-suite door. The en-suite itself was unusable due to there being no blind, the toilet seat wasn't attached, and there were missing nozzles on the shower head which meant the water just dripped out. One of the twin rooms was slightly messy, the duvet and pillows just dumped (instead of folded like the other rooms) and they smelled of perfume. The duvet in the main bedroom was stained and didn't look nice at all so we went and bought our own. The dining table was ripped, at least two of the chairs were broken and unusable, the sofa was extremely sunken. And I know it's a pet friendly caravan, but you would expect that A, people only bring animals that are toilet trained and, B, the cleaners shampoo the carpet if there have been any accidents. There was a stain on the living room floor that smelt very much like dried wee underneath the rug. The day before we left, the toilet began to leak again. We also couldn't hoover properly due to a missing hoover attachment.

The space was excellent, the lounge was comfortable, beds too, plenty of bedding

Beautiful lodge, well equipped, excellent location. Loved the space and decking, perfect in the hot weather ! Would book again.
