The caravan was lovely inside but the outside garden area and under the caravan let it down definitely needs a little tlc.

"Totally disappointed and not worth the money."

Arrived and property was dirty. Cleaner had not been in. Then when cleaner did attend properly, when they had left sweet wrapping found behind the sofas in lounge, toys from previous people and also crushed biscuits and baby bell wrappers. Toilet was blocked with feaces and toilet roll from the occupants before us. Boiler didn’t work on arrival had to ask reception team

"Well located for a visit to Rhyl."

Well equipped, comfortable and clean property. Very well located site with great amenities. Great site for dogs and very friendly staff. James was very accommodating and quickly resolved any queries we had.

"Top notch caravan"

Best caravan I've had. Huge, clean, warm and not noisy. Comfy couches and big TV with Netflix etc. Owner was a delight
