The property was dirty,fridge/freezer was broken,bed settee collapsed in the middle,oven hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime,garden furniture was so rusty they couldn’t be used.the overall appearance was that the property was really neglected.even shortage on utensils,plates etc.most of crockery were what previous customers had left.

Spacious and location

Dirty on arrival, used drugs in the kitchen after cleaning. Fridge didn’t work. not all the lights worked and took forever to ‘warm up’. Handrail leading up the stairs to the cabin broken and hanging off so could not use. Fire place didn’t work. Broken chair with sharp edges left in the kitchen. Internet was awful. Had to pay another £90 for wrist bands just to be allowed in the bar past 18:00 (for 2 nights) first receptionist we spoke to was rude.

The caravan, cooker, washer, lounge. Enough TV,'s for kids.

Very dirty stained and poor quality pillows and quilts. Dangerous grill, flames erratic and blowing outside of grill making the outside of the oven/grill hot to smoking hot. Dangerous broken rail on porch totally broken,I didn't realise, leant on it and fell off the decking onto concrete. Almost a meter high. Could have been allot worse. Dishwasher with old food in the bottom. Plastic cups and plates, poor quality knives and forks and not enough for family of four. Sliding doors need cleaning and oiling before they fall in someone. Pots and pans were cleaner after I left than before.

The location was good and the holiday Park was ok although certain facilities were only open during the weekends and weekdays was like ghost town. Walkable distance to the beach easily accessible.

The property was private let, so proper cleaning was done before the next guest arrived. The previous guest had a pet so when we arrived, the whole property was filled up with pet hairs everywhere. The vacuum cleaner was available and hanging on the wall with a broken holder and it was all clogged up with already filled-up pet hair. Once we cleaned up the VC, we ended up sucking up 3 more full containers of pet hairs, so ended up cleaning the whole evening before it can be acceptable to stay on. My wife and kids got allergic to pet hairs and got ill for 2 following days and ruined my hols. The Kitchen utensils were cleaned up just for sake and not acceptable. The dish washer was not working when we tried. The previous guest loaded up their bedding in the washing machine and it was not emptied. We were not told that we need to bring in our own bedding until I asked the previous day and who would buy and keep those bedding ready for these holidays with the specific tiny size beds they have on these cabins. That was totally unacceptable. The kitchen lights were fused which are near to the hood or cooker. the cooker lights were off too, so had to cook in dark all my week's stay. The property is for up to 8 people stay but only had 3 plates, 3 cups and no bowls for cereals or required cutlerys. The main bathroom flush button was broken and the shower in these are a joke with very low sprinkle and that too stops if someone in the kitchen want to open the faucet. The toilets and the shower cubicle were dirty when we arrived and had to wait to hear from the owner who promised to send cleaners and also said he will turn up to fic the flush and the lights, which never happened during our stay. I had to clean the toilets and shower with the bleach spray ourselves before we started using them after 2 days waiting for it to happen to show him the state of the second toilet. We used the main bathroom until then which was very inconvenient. Worst holiday experience of my...

I liked the size of the lodge we stayed in.

That there's no ramp access on the decking for prams or wheelchair users.
