nice big caravan, liked the garden and table and chairs, liked the possition of caravan,

Caravan itself, very spacious, nice and clean. We loved our stay, kids were very happy and we had great rest. Beautifu sandy beach is very close .

Few kitchen equipment was missing, cutlerys, very few plates. Everything on minimum. Great thing that dishwasher is there but no washing tablets and not everybody having it at home so tablets would be very helpfull. But all these are only small details to all our stay.

How close the baths was

Upon arrival the smell was terrible having children’ with sensory problems this was not a good start the place was minty it was like someone had just got out of bed there was stains all over the bed bathrooms was so unclean we had to go and get a loads of cleaning products and clean it are self a cleaner turned up the next day with a terrible attitude and claimed she had been in and cleaned it my pictures state otherwise lovely little site but I would pick a different caravan to stay

I thought the overall decoration of the caravan was lovely, and the fire was a nice feature for the room - making it very homely. I like the choice of having a shower and a bath. The kitchen has a good variety of pots and pans to use when cooking. The host is friendly and helpful when communicating and made us feel comfortable contacting them over any issues. There were tvs in all but one of the bedrooms, which is great as many caravans do not provide this. The size of the caravan was pretty spacious and provided ample space and storage.

The bed mattresses were a little stiff to sleep on, and pillows were a little uncomfy. There wasn't a bin provided, so we had to get bin bags to put on the floor to empty later. Sadly, there were a lot of things in the caravan that are in need of repairing, such as the lights in some rooms (main bathroom has no lights working, etc) and the blinds in some areas of the caravan are broken. The bathroom taps are a little wobbly. The boiler was a consistent annoyance as the pressure was very difficult to maintain - pressure kept increasing very quickly when just putting heating on for about 15 mins or plummeting randomly so heating couldn't be maintained; We turned the radiators off as we were little nervous since pressure would greatly increase into the 'red zone' rapidly! There were a few pieces of cutlery missing, such as the forks (only had 2, etc), which is inconvenient as we stayed with family and eating together proved to be difficult. Overall, the caravan just needs a little maintenance, and the caravan would be a little better.

Lovely modern caravan. Everything you need for a lovely break. The kitchen is lovely amd modern and has a dishwasher and washing machine. It has sliding doors so the living room can become its own room which I thought was great. The main bedroom has a ensuite. I loved the patio doors leading onto the decked area. Flagged parking area to the side. It's in a quiet location on the park so not much noise and very quiet on a night. The hosts where really helpful and got back to me with any queries quickly.

Unfortunately there was no gate on the decking and having dogs we would of liked to of had 1 so we know they can't escape if we let them out. Outside lights weren't working so it was really dark at night.

It's a beautiful place to stay, the park itself has a fair bit to do for the kids. And its very nice, a little confusing to find though, there's a lot of caravans! The caravan itself was clean, and tidy, it is very spacious, and a good deep bath! The owners were very helpful. And replied back quickly when messaged The chip shop on the site is nice also, and the amusements are good too!

My partner didn't like how firm the mattress was, he said it was too hard, I didn't have an issue though. And the WiFi didn't work while we were there, again, I didn't really see a problem, it was my partner. And the kids didn't like how far the beach was (in the main Rhyl centre) But it was a nice walk anyway!

good location, parking next to property. Spacious, large tv for the little one, balcony would be nice in the hotter months.

muddy area pulling onto parking space which caked the tyres with thick mud, no baking trays for oven use and no bin (used a bin bag in kitchen area). new property for owner however and I’m sure these things will be rectified in due course
