Fantastic flat with terrace Arturo Soria D2

Del alojamiento me gustó la cercanía al hospital Md Anderson. Su cercanía al hospital hizo muy cómoda la estancia a pensar del deterioro de las instalaciones.

Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas. Lámparas rotas y sucias, colchones algo incómodos.

Loved the location. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was spacious. We stayed in November so didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor area much but felt that it would be great in the warmer weather.

Sporo miejsca, wystarczająca ilość miejsc do spania, przepiękny duży taras. Kuchnia - możliwość przygotowywania posiłków. Blisko kilka przystanków autobusów. Niedaleko sklep spożywczy. Ładna, spokojna okolica.

Nieprzyjemny zapach z szafy, brak żelazka mimo zapewnień (był sam karton). Zdjęcia trochę odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Jedno z łóżek strasznie hałasowało, każdy najmniejszy ruch powodował okropny dźwięk. Prysznic czasem też piszczał. Dostaliśmy instrukcje dostania się do apartamentu za co plus, ale jest to skomplikowane. Osoby z dysfunkcjami bądź z wózkiem dziecięcym mogą mieć problem ze względu na ilość schodów i zakrętów. Samo mieszanie dość ciężko się otwiera. Lokalizacja mała turystyczna. Żeby dojechać do centrum to trzeba spędzić trochę czasu w komunikacji miejskiej. Miejsce idealne dla osób, które przyjeżdżają na krótką delegację, żeby mieć blisko lotnisko oraz dla osób przyjeżdżających na mecz Realu Madryt ze względu na bliskość Bernabeu. Przyjechaliśmy tutaj na mecz Lecha Poznań z Rayo oraz żeby zwiedzić miasto, czasem dojazdy były dla nas uciążliwe. W pobliżu nie ma zbyt dużego wyboru gastronomicznego. Brak zamknięcia w łazience było uciążliwe dla tak dużej ilości osób w apartamencie.

L'appartamento è molto bello, Fran e Isabel super disponibili, ci hanno lasciato posare le valige anche prima dell'orario previsto per il check in. Quartiere residenziale tranquillo.

Il letto è comodo, ha solo il difetto che scricchiola ad ogni movimento. Si trova a 6 km dal centro, raggiungibile in circa 50 minuti con i mezzi pubblici, che sono comunque ben collegati.

The place was spacious, clean and well lit. It has a nice terrace, however it is not so well maintained. If somebody is looking for a place to stay away from Center area, this is a good spot far from center.

The bed in master bedroom was squeaky, it made noise even on a small movement of body. Due to this I could not have proper sleep. I reported this to the host and during my stay for 2 nights, they could not manage to fix it. So my nights were pretty sleepless. The shower also made quite some noise, but that was manageable. Also, to enter for the first time in the apartment is a hassle.

The property was well appointed and the balcony was spacious and really enjoyable.

Not having shade outside on the main part of the balcony. Check in wasn’t clear but our contact was lovely.

Clean, close to super markets and necessities. Quiet and spacious. Convenient for work event at IFEMA and airport access. Beds and kitchen good. Very big wrap around terrace with nice dining table outside. Nice, safe seeming, residential area with lots of parking on the street.

No elevator from the street level, lots of walking up and down stairs. Confusing instructions to enter and no physical presence from hosts. Also outside gate and building doors often left open by the community. Shower column and head were broken for most of our stay, making showering uncomfortable. The hosts did eventually get this repaired on our last night and it worked fine after that and a partial refund was offered.

Location was good and the apartment had a nice terrace.

The furniture was old, a table and some chairs broke apart. The chairs in the terrace were pretty much worn out.
