Didn’t get to stay in my room at all and i couldn’t get a refund fir this day also I had to pay fees that no one told me about they were for the in case anything happened to the room but were none refundable

RUThe bad was very comfy, the room is really big and equipped with everything necessary.
There's not enough towel hook in the bathroom. Dear administration! Please add more hooks, they're very convenient for hanging towels or clothes. Thank you.
