USThe beds were so low to the floor. It was very hard to get up from them. They need to have walk in showers They had a crazy entrance trying to get into the parking lot. You couldn't see it from the main road

There were ants in my room 402 and I have never saw that before and have stayed here numerous times and never saw pest so that was very disappointing.
Great place. Clean and quiet.
USThe room was very clean which I appreciated.
The sink was clogged up. I asked housekeeping to send someone to fix it and no one showed up. It was never resolved. My sister's room had a clogged sink as well. Also weirdly enough between 3 rooms we had none of the deadbolts worked. The only sense of security we had was the metal flap at the top of the door. That came in handy when a staff member came in my room at 9:30am and checkout is 11:00am.
