Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Waycross

At check in we waited for 10 minutes for the desk clerk to come out of the back room, Rooms are very small and it was very noisy from outside. At 6:10 the next morning we went down to breakfast. Coffee was cold and what little food there was was not very good.

Receptionist had a seriously bad attitude and kept trying to get me to pay for the second room even though I showed her the Expedia receipt for the 2 rooms. Trash bins near front entrance are overflowing Trash near entrance to building Trash bins in breakfast areas were full Breakfast hot servings were not stocked.

I loved everything the staff,the room,parking, location, breakfast 😋

Clean. The staff was nice. I enjoyed the breakfast.

I love the setup of the room, however a large mirror outside of the bathroom would have been perfect.

The breakfast was terrific!

Both the location and some of the staff made the stay memorable. Upon arrival, Kayla at the desk along with the young lady overseeing the breakfast area made the location rating Great not good. The young lady overseeing housekeeping Saturday morning made up for staff the previous night. All three were top notch employees!

Reaching out for supplies and no one available to assist. Therefore, having to purchase items at a convenience store until Saturday morning. Also, it would be nice for some flexibility in early arrivals especially if the customer is willing to pay the difference. Hotel was not full…

It was clean, and convenient. will stay here again.
