Great place to stay but can be a little loud
USThe hotel was clean, and the customer service was great.
The bed was hard

The room and bathroom were filthy. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, including the sink, the shower, and on the floor. The tissue was out of place and resting on top of the sink. When I entered the room, the TV was already on. Overall, I was very displeased.

USStayed for Memorial Day weekend in Waycross Georgia 3 days. Housekeeping did not come to my room not 1 time, I requested housekeeping numerous times and never received services, Front desk was nice , but the Management is horrible, and housekeeping is terrible!!
Management could have provided better customer service, seems they were no where to be found. Housekeeping could have provided proper services to guest who were staying there for more than 1 day,
USThis property was very beautiful. Staff was friendly. BUT…. The rooms were filthy. They were not swept, mopped, or cleaned. The sheets smelled and were dirty and had hair on them. The night stands had crumbs on the top of it. I wouldn’t stay here again unless a visually saw them clean that room.
Air conditioning problems. Air conditioning in the room did not work properly when we arrived. When someone came to fix it, they said that it was common and there were issues all throughout the hotel with the air conditioning. The lobby and halls did not seem to be air-conditioned.
