FATAL para encontrar llaves, estaban en un locker que no estaba en el portal, sino donde unas bicis a 50 metros y enviaron el código mal, tardaron en responder y no parecía muy interesado en ayudar, teníamos check in a las 16:00, entramos a las 20:00, estuvimos mirando algun otro sitio para dormir porque no conseguíamos entrar y no respondía el dueño, es una habitación, que los que tenían la otra se metieron el sofa a su habitación, no hay agua caliente.

L'host non rispondeva mai al telefono e si è presentato con notevole ritardo per il check-in e ha chiesto 50 euro di deposito per le chiavi! E non me li ha mai restituiti perché è sparito! Le chiavi erano pure sbagliate, non potevo aprire il portone del palazzo e non c'era una chiave per chiudere la stanza. Nella stanza c'era solo un letto singolo quando io avevo prenotato un letto matrimoniale. Non c'erano asciugamani in stanza né WiFi, né carta igienica e sapone o bagnoschiuma nel bagno. L'intera struttura puzzava di marijuana. Un'esperienza abominevole, un vero e proprio scam!

Inštrukcie ku zámke s kľúčom neobsahovali fotku. KeyLock neobsahoval kľúč. A hostiteľ nedvíhal telefón. Musel som sa ubytovať za dvojnásobnú cenu na inom mieste! NEVRATNÝ DEPOZIT!
