C Private room in city center in Bratislava

Dobrý deň. Toto som ešte nezažil. Na Obchodnej 29 som mal si vyzdvihnúť kluče . Až na 3 pokus . Som dostal pin kód od izby . Izba bola chladná. Keby tam nebol ohrievač. Tak by som musel spať oblečený. Nikdy tam už neprídem

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. First of all, I chose this place without much research because it was late at night and the location looked good—it was right in the city center. As soon as I made the reservation, I received some very strange instructions from the hotel through the Booking.com chat. They said I should first go to a certain address where there was a bicycle parking bar with several lockboxes attached to it, open one of them with a code, take the key from inside, then go to another address and use that key to enter. I went there, opened the lockbox using the code, and to my surprise it was completely empty—there was no key at all. I sent messages through the chat, but no one replied. I also tried calling, but there was no answer. Eventually, I decided to go to the second address, thinking maybe the key was with the neighbors. When I arrived, it was very hard to even find the place based on the photos. There was no sign or indication at all. It didn’t look like a hotel or a hostel—more like an entrance inside a garage with a locked metal gate. Without a key, it was impossible to get in. I requested a cancellation, but Booking rejected it because it was apparently non-refundable. It was truly the worst possible experience.

The location is the only one good feature that i can tell...

First of all, you need to find the keys ,they are hidden in padlocks almost on the ground, which is a bit difficult, especially after a 10-hour drive. Then you have to figure out which key belongs to which door, since there are three of them and they are absolutely identical. In addition, the key doesn’t open the door on the first try; you need to try several times, probably because the locks already need to be replaced. Overall, I can say this about the entire apartment: it was clean, but everything feels like it needs to be replaced or repaired. There is a washing machine, which is nice, but there is no way to dry the laundry.

Комната, вроде и чисто, но вся мебель в пятнах и не маленьких а прям огромных. Диван вообще неприкасаемый. На кровати нашли маленького таракана или другое неприятное насекомое

Дуже зороше розташування прямо центр міста
