cute, well-maintained cottage. The kitchen was very well-provisioned with everything one might need, including basic condiments and spices. Just about two miles from the road leading into Joshua Tree NP.

This was a wonderful little cabin, just a short distance from the town of Joshua Tree. The hosts, Hilary and Bob were delightful, always there if needed but never intrusive. Hilary leaves out food for the local wildlife so it was a pleasure to watch the chipmunks, rabbits, Jack rabbit (hare) ground squirrels, quail and even a road runner scamper about the grounds. The hot-tub was an ideal way to relax after long hikes in the National Park. I cannot recommend this property too highly and it was close enough to the National Park to make it easy for daily access.

I cannot say a bad word about the place. I think it was 3 days into my stay that I suddenly realised there was no television in the property - the reason being I was so absorbed in the beauty and tranquility of the location. If you need your fix of television, then maybe it's not for you, but I was happier watching nature and the wildlife.

Hilary and The Raven house were wonderful. The space is very clean and well stocked. It was so peaceful to sit out on the back porch and enjoy our coffee. We enjoyed talking to Hilary and learning more about the space and the area. Kitchen is well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. We look forward to returning for another visit.

The property is on the edge of town but felt secluded and private. The view from the kitchen window is lovely and serene, and we saw a variety of desert animals, including quail and roadrunners.

We have nothing negative to say about our stay.

I loved everything--really! Hillary ws an excellent host who had thought of every possible wish a guest could have.
