GBI had the loveliest stay for two nights.The room and ensuite were beautiful. They were spotlessly clean. The linen and towels smelled amazing. I would 100% stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

RUA luxurious room with every amenity imaginable. The hosts are kind and cheerful. It's a shame to use this place only for an overnight stay; I'd really like to relax here for at least a day. It's 5 minutes from the city center.

ESWe really enjoyed our stay in this unique apartment in York. It’s located close to the heart of the city. The place has a lot of charm, as it used to be an ice cream factory, and the owner, Mike, has turned it into a cozy and functional space. Mike also lives in the apartment, which makes communication easy. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals instead of eating out every day. There’s also a small fridge and a kettle in the room, which are very handy for keeping drinks cold or making tea or coffee. Altogether, it’s a very practical and pleasant place to stay.
GBI really liked the fact that although the property is near the centre, it's far enough away so that you don't hear too much noise.

GBFor a couple of days in York, The Ice Cream Factory was a perfect choice. Close to the centre but not on a busy road, Mike and V were most accommodating, even lending me an umbrella!!
Apart from, possibly a larger shower, everything was perfect. They even have the same kettle as we have at home!
