The location

There was no electricity in the apartment for the first 24 hours. Management refused to help and said it was our choice to leave. We were left to find alternative accommodation ourselves. We have ended up out of pocket, stressed and frustrated. Communication with us was atrocious.

Great location in the old town with lots of cafes and restaurants literally at your doorstep! Large rooftop terrace for exclusive use with views of the sea.

Like most accomodation in the old part of the city parking is a fairly long way from where you’re staying - so pack light and use a backpack as the cobbles aren’t wheely suitcase friendly! Manager recommended a free parking area to the north of town. Fold out couch bed in the lounge room was stuck open.. apparently the previous tenants had broken it - we managed to fold it back up with a bit of wiggling and brute force - owner is waiting on new one to be delivered.

Tudo ótimo !!! Quartos excelentes, um deles com pé direito alto, banheiro bom, sala confortável, um terraço privilegiado , tudo muito arejado e com entrada boa de sol. Roupas de cama e banho muito boas. Cozinha e espaço de lavanderia boas também. Localização excelente. No Centro histórico , largo San Giovanni, muito agradável.

Duże przestrzenne pokoje, super balkony z widokiem na miasteczko i taras z widokiem na morze. Bardzo czyste i ładne mieszkanie. Super wygłuszone okna dzięki czemu po zamknięciu okien i odpaleniu klimatyzacji w ogóle nie słychać wieczornego hałasu z tętniącego nocą miasteczka.

Problem z parkingiem, lokal nie ma swojego miejsca parkingowego, należy szukać miejsc oznaczonych białymi liniami za darmo lub niebieskimi na płatny parking. Znalezienie wolnych bezpłatnych miejsc to totalna loteria, raz udało nam się znaleść wolne miejsce w 15/20 min a dzień później musieliśmy krążyć po całym miasteczku 2h aż zwolni się miejsce. To jedyny minus związany z tym noclegiem .

Aircondition med lekkasje, ble ikke utbedret. Dusjforhenget var skittent/hadde flekker. Dårlig kommunikasjon med utleier.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent - right in the heart of the old city, close to everything. The terrace had a lovely view over a small plaza and the nearby restaurants, making it a perfect and cozy spot to relax in the evening after dinner.

Nothing significant - everything was well taken care of and we really enjoyed our stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell' appartamento 1 camera da letto e divano letto posizione stupenda, ottima in centro storico dove ci sono ristoranti e tanta gente. Nonostante la movida serale, chiudendo le finestre non si percepiva il minimo rumore..Dal terrazzo si può vedere la costa.

La scalinata molto trasandata, divano letto molto scricchiolande, e cuscini troppo vuoti. Riguardo al parcheggio purtroppo è consigliabile lasciare la macchina oltre il centro storico anche perché non transitabile. Il terrazzo dovrebbe essere più curato.

The location was perfect; the rooms of the apartment were large, very clean and comfortable. The apartment was everything we hoped it would be and the a/c was very welcomed! It was a very quiet location and the neighbourhood was wonderful - lots of fantastic places to eat nearby and only a stroll to the ocean.
