"Wouldn’t stay again. Find genuine people who will not scam you"

The site is really good

Things were broken on arrival which I took photos of, we deep cleaned the van due to it not being completely clean. Contacted the owner multiple times to try and get deposit back with no reply back. Avoid

I am still waiting for my deposit refund. Despite several attempts to contact the owner, I have received neither the money nor any response. I will wait a few more days before reporting the issue to my bank and Booking.com.

The camp has everything on it

Everuthing was great bulbs may need changing in caravan was very dull and the door needed locking everytime you shut the door as catch has been damaged on it but nothing major

Everything, turned up no caravan. Finally got into the caravan. The caravan had cobwebs everywhere wood hanging off and poo and wee on the bed. This need to be sorted out. Nearly a week later I am still waiting for a full refund.

The caravan was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned dirty mirrors dirty floor my wife had to hover the floor the minute we walked in the caravan, I msged the owners about the condition and I’ve been ignored

"Would defo stay on the site again but not with the person we rented off this time"

It was close to the main bar/ arcade/ shop area

It was dirty, very basic and minimal inside. It had not had a good clean in what looked like a long time but we were desperate to be away from home so we just got on with it. We then moved to another van with the same owner as we did not want to leave on our check out date but the one we were in was already booked the day we were due to leave. The second one he rented us was that dirty we actually asked for a refund and did not stay. The mattresses on the beds were all stained yellow. The place stank of filth. Floors windows etc filthy. Poo stains in the toilet. Fridge and freezer full of black mold etc
