The facilities were okay. The caravan park was nice.

The town itself isn’t that nice. It was tidy but not cleaned properly, to me it seemed as though the previous guests had cleaned after themselves but the owner didn’t come to check before our stay. There was a white powder that I can only assume was dr/gs along with a tray and pipe used for dr/gs in one of the drawers. I messaged and emailed the owner when we found this and had no response. I didnt feel safe having that there with us during our stay, the property should be thoroughly checked before guests stay over.

There wasn’t a number on the caravan so we spent an hour in the dark looking for it.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the well‑equipped kitchen, as we preferred to cook our own meals rather than eat out. It made the stay feel comfortable and homely. Kieran was super helpful and always responded promptly whenever we needed anything. His support made our stay much smoother.

The listing mentioned facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, children’s soft play area, and other activities within the holiday park, but all of these were closed during our stay due to the Christmas break. This felt misleading, as we were expecting them to be available. Additionally, the property did not have a visible number, which made it difficult to identify. With the reception closed on the day we arrived, locating the property was quite challenging.
