the place is as advertised: very clean unit with complete facilities, and convenient location. the staff were very accommodating and allowed early check in. they also provided an iron upon request.

The host says theres a system glitch and my booking apparently was full. The host say to submit a refund request and they will honor it, however after Booking.com contacted them, they refuse to respond and I did not get my refund.

"One-night stay review"

The unit looked nice and clean. There was some wear and tear, but it's normal and they didn't affect our stay. The location was really good as well. You'll have Mitsukoshi, Uptown Mall, Landers, etc. nearby. (note: photos were taken after our stay)

The staff tend to not respond right away. We had to wait a bit before checking in because we weren't endorsed as guests already. I messaged them at around 2pm (14:09 to be exact) that our ETA was 15:05 because they messaged that upon check in, staff would be waiting for us, but I didn't get a response until I messaged them again once we were at the lobby after I inquired at the front desk and found out that our stay hasn't been endorsed to them yet. We were able to check in at 15:20, so that was a bit of a wait. (More than 10mins) I also had to message them about the hair dryer because it wasn't in the room when we arrived. (The listing did show that a hair dryer was available though so I had to message them to make sure I would have one to use after showering.) We couldn't wait for the staff to bring it because we had plans so they just left it in the mailbox for us. They also gave instructions about what to do when checking out but when I messaged them, they didn't respond. (They still haven't responded until now, it's been 9 hrs) Lol. Would be nice to at least receive a confirmation that they got the key back since they just asked us to leave it on the table. Lastly, I may be wrong, but I feel like they should have their air conditioning cleaned. I am a bit sensitive because of my allergies but my nose got clogged each time we left the ac on so I couldn't sleep until we turned it off. It's good that the room remained cool after we did that, though. They also had a fan, so it was cool enough for us.

Weak internet connection, especially inside the building. Television is not working properly ( unit12A Northwing). Vanity sink is clogged.

The property owner has not responded to my request about rescheduling or getting a refund due to the typhoon, which is out of anyone's control. We're willing to go ahead with our booking if the weather permits, but I'm frustrated by the lack of communication regarding my inquiry about rescheduling or a refund.

"I cannot suggest this Condo / Apartment to anybody. There were alot of problems and took long for them to fix it."

Location. Near the Mall and Restaurants.

1. The aircontioned in 11B north was leaking during the evening, few of our things were wet. 2. no hair dryer in 11B 3. cockroaches were in the kitchen 4. In the morning of 9:30am, there was no more water while I was in the shower and then in a few minutes the Electricity went off too. We called the host and she doesnt speak English well (Jeanie). She didnt know why did it happened and did not even called back for a solution. The Reception said the owner of Unit wanted all the power switched off in the room we are staying. I was drenched in Shampoo and soap and was waiting for 45mins in the bathroom for the water to come back. My partner had to go to admin department and asked if I can at least rinse off in the gym/pool area. No one from Christine or Jeanie called us, we had to call them several times. They said sorry and will tranfer us to a different unit. But the inconvinience in our first day stay was really terrible. To pack again in darkness and then transfer , waiting in soapy condition without water for at least an hour, not including the shame I had to go through going down the gym floor to take a shower which is really cold. 5. Christine called us once, said sorry and will refund half our stay, but then we received only half of one day which was like โ‚ฌ23. A ridiculous treatment after all the hassel and stress we encountered. 5. Shouldnt be in Booking.com if they are not even the Owner of the Apartment.
