Property are well maintained...

No ELEVATOR access from BASEMENT parking and was not DISCLOSED. No HOT WATER and TOWELS are too OLD. Not KNEE friendly from PARKING using WALKWAY edge. Parking Fee RATE was not disclosed. There should be disclosure and advance NOTICE/ENDORSEMENT before CHECK-In time. Property Owner where not able to contact the HIST at the time of CHECK-IN. Long hours of waiting not suited if you have activity to attend right after checkin. We were not able to access the property at 2pm. Lobby staff should have HOST details and reservation list to arrange room access. At 10pm we manage to enter the room at 11pm. Host Instruction was received late at check period
