Hotel Le Roi Near New Delhi Railway Station

we use to comw to this property 6 years before and this was one of best hotel in delhi . they even use to provide one way airport drop. awesome breakfast at that time. but now it bad become a mess.

very bad experience we had. we were with 6 year old kid : shower not working , toilet flush if used once then have to wait 20 mins to refill. bedsheets are smelly and 350 inr they charge for breakfast. but guys , its insane; only one person managing breakfast. he was always rude, asked for omlette he took 20 mins to make it , asked for poories : they never came ... in dinner they said they make best matka chicken biryani : we ordered one : paid 549 inr for it and only 4 small peaces of chicken and some curry made of tomato !! we told them to take it back and check what they have made : what they said is : take one colla free from us ... !! worst ever biryani we had .. rather we left it as it is i am big fan of this hotel back in 2014-2017 and have reviews in booking.com too : all very positive : but will Never visit again. they made it a bussiness now ... pathetic customer care , pathetic reception and worst food u will have ever
