Floor was not mop, it was dusty. The bathroom don’t have hanger to hang the clothes. The check in is too late sharp at 3pm and no excuse for it. The check out time also is too early 11am no negotiation on it.

Big rooms

Too rigid in following rules. We checked-in late at night and requested to check-out at 12pm. (Check-out time at 11am). Too expensive fees for late check out. Don't trust the initial rates on Booking.com, it was end up with big amount for taxes, rm199 and cleaning fees, rm150. Why we need to pay for cleaning fees? Will never choose this unit again

"Overall, its nice place to hang with big group."

Spacious for a big family

All dust over the floor, management said it already clean but still dust over the floor on both floor. Acceptable coz they just send someone to swipe the floor, not mop it!

the space and facility were good.

this unit does not have water pump, hence the water pressure in the toilets weren't that strong.

"A very excellent getaway and we slept well."

It is very clean and fully equipped with daily necessities. Modern facilities and friendly staff who is very responsive to my queries. Very effective process of check in n out.

It doesn’t have a microwave for easy heating and each bedroom doesn’t have a full length mirror for us to get ready too. The karaoke system kind of slow in downloading the songs.
