1. The beds were comfortable, has big space for big families. 2. Has enough air conditioning. 3. Has extra chairs and tables for big group of families.

We were excited about this Airbnb, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. First, the sink had major issues—it overflowed and flooded the kitchen, making it hard to use. The WiFi was useless—we could connect, but there was no actual internet. When we reached out, customer service just told us that no technician was available on weekends—which meant our entire stay (Saturday to Monday) was affected. Another big letdown was the karaoke setup—one of the main attractions of this place—but the microphones barely worked. On top of that, basic cleaning supplies like a mop and broom weren’t provided, so we had no way to keep the space clean. We even had to buy our own dish soap, which felt really cheap on the host’s part. To make matters worse, customer service was terrible—they either brushed off our concerns or repeated that no technician was available, with no effort to help. Overall, this stay was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they fix these issues. Definitely not worth the trouble!

We really love the house. It's new, big and very clean. The master bedroom can fit 6 to 8 person. A lot of indoor games provided in the living rooms. And also the karaoke set upstairs. The kitchen is big and have extra tables and chairs enough for more than 10 person.

1) The water pressure in all the bathroom is so low. 2) No cold water from the water dispenser only the hot water is okay. 3) Would be great if can provide big garbage bag. Easier for us to take the garbage out. 4) For safety reason, extra lock should be placed on the kitchen door, since there's no safety grill installed.

the house is really big and spacious. lots of beds and bathrooms. overall place was clean for our stay. air con also good . can consider booking again for big family when visit melaka

got a cat at night want to come inside house 😅
