Budget friendly apartment with stairs Near Glasgow airport and Loch Lomond

Comfortable apartment, good location decent neighbourhood. Wi-fi, tv, kitchen, shower, beds etc all working well.

Great find and spacious accommodation for family of four and our boxer dog. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are all a good size. Plenty of toiletries and kitchen well equipped with supplies. Irn bru in the fridge, was a welcome surprise! We parked at the back on Smith Crescent and used the back door for access to avoid the stairs and the building entrance. Easier to unload and load the car. Would recommend.

We reset the boiler on arrival since the pressure was at 0 and no heat or hot water. This got everything working but the water pressure in the shower and bathroom tap remained very low. Only recommendations for improvement would be: Extra pillows ( 4 in each bed and not 2) The laminate flooring in one of the bedrooms is very slippery and dangerous. My son fell after slipping bare footed. Lighting in this room could also be changed to a proper constant bulb. New iron needed

Our family live on Smith Crescent right opposite the maisonette so was ideal for us. Was spacious, well equipped and comfy.

So quiet and saw nobody.

Outside looks well run down but inside so different. Parking bit of a free for all but car very safe.

The location was perfect for getting to and from the Golden Jubilee hospital which was my only reason for booking in this area. For the most part the flat was clean and well appointed. I like that there was good wifi, and that there was a Fire Stick. Comfortable beds and lots of towels provided.

My very first impression: the hallway stank of marijuana which is really not great and made me panic as to exactly what kind of location I had come to. The front door lock was so sticky I could not work it at all and ended up having to go out of the side door. The property is badly in need of upgrading in some areas. One of the bed sheets had a weird stain on it but it was fine as there were two beds and only one of me. The shower was appalling - barely warm and practically a trickle of water. The Living room needs some curtains or better blinds as the TV is in front of the windows and so can barely be watched in bright daylight (even with Blinds drawn - the long door blind is missing a string to pull the blind up and down and so this needs to be manually rolled down and up). The side door (balcony area) is in bad need of a clean up. There is a little metal pot full to the brim with cigarette butts, and some other bits of rubbish on the grass area.
