A lovely, private property with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable and in a great location to walk into town.

It was a very cold weekend so expected to be a bit chilly but some extra heating would have been good, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen.

"Good hotel quality in a town which lacks hotels"

Nicely decorated and homely . Very successful garage conversion. Very comfortable bed and warm. Very clean and the guest lacks nothing Living and eating space is at a premium in Winter due to needing to be indoors so it suits a couple or individual person. In Summer you can sit outside in the garden on the patio chairs. Walking distance to the Common and centre of town. Free parking. Very responsive host. We would definitely return.
