One-Bedroom Apartment: Sleeps 4 Comfortably

Lovely warm apartment in very central location. Great to have a TV, fridge and hob. Nice bathroom. Easy door code access and free parking as out of season. Ideal for our stay.

A small lack of basics I.e No teatowels, limited crockery, only one loo roll etc. Nothing to spoil our stay though.

The apartment was well-located in Berwick. Security was good.

Equipment was minimal and inadequate, even for 2 people. Furniture was lacking - no drawers; what there was was cheap and shoddy - plastic picnic table and chairs only. Bedroom on security lock -no re-entry if you use the toilet in the night. No BBC TV stations available. No local staff to help, and request via phon e useless. No response to emails of complaint, and no redress for shortcomings.

The sofa bed was so uncomfortable

The flat was very clean, smelt good and right in the heart of the city.

Where do I start our two night stay when we got there there was only 2 mugs no cooking utensils the fridge didn’t work the single bed was broken no bin bags and worst of all flys all over the single bed despite 1 phone call and 2 emails I received a very rude lady on the phone the second day saying well that’s how it is
