One-Bedroom Apartment: Sleeps 4 Comfortably

The property was clean. Shower was good.

It took almost half an hour to get in due to unclear instructions. There was no dish cloth, no bin liner, only two cups and no glasses for wine. A few more basic utensils and more crockery would be a massive and cheap improvement.

Good location, 10-15 mins stroll from Berwick station. Quiet location of main street on north bank of the Tweed. Kitchen area had good enough kit to cook breakfast and a main meal (could have done with a sharp knife). Nice large table suitable for 4 people. Comfy bed in master bedroom. Lovely shower with plenty hot water. When we stayed building was quiet. Price we paid was very good value we thought - 2 nights before school holidays. Berwick is a lovely place to visit.

Only used main bedroom as only 2 of us staying, but had there been 3-4 of us staying would have preferred a 2nd sofa bed in large lounge/2nd bedroom to a single bed & sofa bed. A clothes hanger rail in main bedroom would be nice. If you were bringing younger children I'd suggest they would need the bedroom, adults in the living area. It can be stressful trying to get keycodes into the doors, but with a bit of practice it can be done.

Parking facilities advertised misleading. Says free on site parking possible no reservations required. When access codes sent via email that had changed to only three parking places available on a first come first served basis. When we arrived around 4:30 pm there were five cars and a caravan parked there and no free spaces.

Comfortable, convenient, trouble-free. Great location.

A few more kitchen utensils, knives etc would have been great - we cooked, which was nice.

Very clean with all facilities we required and helpful colleague on site when we arrived to assist as the entry system was different to the email we had received. Short walk to town and the train station.

Great location. Large sized apartment. Modern refurbishment. Excellent shower pressure.

Yellow stains on duvet cover spoilt the overall excellent cleanliness of the place. Although, they did provide another duvet cover when I messaged them.

It was warm, reasonably clean and comfy. Good location, not far from train station and near to town.

Wi-Fi instructions were wrong. Rang them twice but got non-English speaking people who I couldn't understand. Spotted the router outside in the hall way next morning. This is the one you connect to, the password is on the back. They did email me with these instructions but I couldn't access email until I got connected. The beds are old. The double is okay but the single is very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfy and the only place to sit. Okay for couple with 2 young kids for a night but not 4 adults. It's been done up cheaply and sparsely equipment. They don't want you to cook. The top of the cooker is warn out and there is no grill pan. Very few utensils. Windows and inside bathroom door were dirty. It's budget accommodation but this is reflected in the price.
