Cozy Family Stay with Free Parking and WiFi

The house was in a quiet location. Beds were very comfortable. WiFi good strength.

Whole house had smell of cigarettes. We had to have windows open in the bedrooms to get them aired. The flood was somewhat sticky when we walked around. Walls could have another layer of pain and some basic refurb is needed. There was no toiletries in the bathroom as promised on the description only hand wash.

Host let us check in early and met us to show us round. Was very helpful. Corner shop at the end of the road is handy.

It’s basic and not the best area in Leeds but that was expected - it met our needs and good value.

I liked the apartment, is well located. clean, comfortable and great free parking, I liked the service upon our arrival, someone met us to hand over the keys.

I regret to inform that we spent a bad night due to the heating system for whole house cold. Due to bad heating system we all left there with the flu.

no heating or hot water and wasn’t told how to do it so very cold in the house. tv only had You tube, no channels. check in at 12 changed to 3pm and check out time at 12 changed to 1030!

A very clean homely environment. I had a comfortable stay. House was easy to find.
