Spacious Modern Retreat - Near Temple Meads

Location was good

Need more kitchen utensils and the mattress on the downstairs bed was uncomfortable

Apart from fans all facilities were good

Not ideal place to stay in the hot weather. Specially the top floor bedroom because it was extremely hot and there were no fans although requested in advance!!

The place was in a great location for us and does have the wow factor when you first walk in. Bedding was super comfy as were the beds. It was clean also. I was responded too quickly when telling the property about the damages already there.

Very run down. Clean but grubby. Coffee stains up the wall in the kitchen, sofas were stained and dirty, fridge door was broken, stained on carpet up the stairs and in the bedroom, just needs a refresh. You have to pay a £25 deposit non refundable or a £300 refundable deposit before you can check i which isn’t made clear on booking. I understand why it had to be done but should be made clearer. Not worth the money paid for the run down state of the house.

I tried contacting the host a few times and they never replied.
