My stay was genuinely pleasant and peaceful. The atmosphere was calm, allowing me to fully relax and unwind. Interestingly, I didn't meet any of the staff, but that actually enhanced the sense of comfort and independence. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

We really liked the beautiful and modern neighborhood — there’s a store nearby, and it’s about a seven-minute walk from public transport. The building is new and stylish, with automated codes and a very urban, clean, and modern atmosphere. Everything is well organized, including waste recycling and a lovely inner courtyard. The apartment itself has a fresh renovation and looks great.

However, our experience with the host was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, he sent us the wrong code for the entrance door and didn’t reply to our messages on Booking. We had to ask a friend to call him directly, and we ended up sitting on the floor by the entrance for more than an hour waiting for help. After that, the host finally responded and told us to wait another hour until someone from his “team” could come — meaning we were supposed to stay outside for two hours, late in the evening. Eventually, he realized he had sent the wrong code, and only then could we enter the apartment. The internet didn’t work at all, and despite multiple messages, the host did nothing to fix it. He simply told us to use Wi-Fi from a neighboring apartment, but the connection was terrible and barely usable. Later we found a review from previous guests who stayed two weeks before us describing the exact same issue — which means the host was fully aware of the problem and lied, pretending it was new. The bed was broken, there were no hooks in the bathroom, and no place to hang or dry towels. We had to hang them on chairs. The table was scratched, and the apartment felt cold — the heating didn’t work, the air conditioner wouldn’t turn on for heat, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was also broken. We specifically chose this place because it had a washing machine, but there were no laundry capsules provided. The host misunderstood our request and thought we wanted dishwasher tablets instead, showing that his English level is poor and he doesn’t understand guests’ requests. We never received any capsules during our five-day stay.

Great location. The apartment had a sizable bathroom with a shower (although the shower head was tiny) and combined washer-dryer. The kitchen was supplied with everything for basic cooking (we only had our breakfast there).

We were two colleagues travelling together and although I found my bed acceptable despite a very soft mattress and the sheet being too small, my colleagues bed in the adjacent apartment was broken and had been attempted to be fixed quite poorly. This affected her sleep as she was always worried about the bed literally falling apart . Her wifi did not work and so she resorted to log into my apartments router with suboptimal connectivity. We alerted the property owner of these faults with sporadic replies and neither getting fixed during our two week stay.
