Beautiful and cozy Studio in a New building

This is a very nice, neat apartment in a calm neighbourhood. The closest underground station is about a 10-min walk away. There is a large Coop nearby.

Пару моментів які можна було б покращити та взяти до уваги: верхні шафки на кухні трохи важко відкривати, механізм наче заїдає; та було б добре мати ще паперові рушники або серветки, та кондиціонер, а не тільки шампунь 2 в 1.

Starting with the most important point - I liked the apartment. It’s in a quiet location. Although there is a construction site about 100 meters away, during my stay there was no work going on. There are a few grocery shops very close to the apartment, and within a 10-minute walk you’ll also find more grocery stores, liquor shops, bars, and restaurants. What I was disappointed with was the cleanliness of the apartment. The host said I could only check in after 16:00 because the cleaning service would be working earlier. However, when I entered the apartment, it was not properly clean. For example, the knives still had leftover grease, and there was sand and hair on the floor. I shared these observations along with photos with the host, but the only response I got was that they would “share it with a manager”. Meanwhile, I was required, according to the rules, to check out by 10:00 at the latest. It makes me wonder, what did the cleaning service actually do for 6 hours if the apartment was still in such poor condition? Another issue was with the key lockbox. I was supposed to find the keys in a lockbox near the building. However, the lockbox was unlocked and open. The wind, or anyone passing by, could have taken the keys, and I would have been left dealing with the consequences, such as a delayed check-in while waiting for the host. Luckily, the keys were still inside, but it seems the cleaning service may not have locked it properly. That’s really could be improved
