Terrazza molto bella, casa spaziosa anche se su due livelli. C'è tutto per cucinare.

In bagno è impossibile farsi una doccia perchè non c'è spazio per stare in piedi nella vasca, e di acqua ne viene poca. In generale appartamento datato e mediamente pulito.

Posizione strategica,in pieno centro, vicino alla stazione,ideale per visitare la città Il gestore è stato molto efficiente e disponibile

Fantastic views from roof top terrace

Would have been even better if there was comfy furniture to relax in on the roof top terrace - there is only a hand held shower over the bath, which I didn’t notice on booking.

Great location and the terrace has a nice view.

There are A LOT of stairs, both outside and inside the apartment. The WORST part is that this was NOT MENTIONED in the description. We only found out after completing the online check-in and paying the soggiorno tax. The shower is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE to use. Due to the LOW CEILING, it's impossible to take a shower standing up. In addition, there's NO HOLDER for the shower head. It's REALLY, REALLY INCONVENIENT. Another issue is that the TOILET is located on a DIFFERENT FLOOR from the bedroom. If you need to use it at night, you have to go UP AND DOWN the stairs.

The location is superb, in the heart of Lucca. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. The roof terrace is the highlight.

WiFi did not work at all during our 5 night stay. We were given a tiny sachet of washing liquid and one dishwasher tablet for 5 nights. Shower was handheld with no room to stand, the stairs to the roof were narrow (but to be fair, we knew this when we booked). There was no information provided on Lucca, no map, sights, restaurants. No personal touch.
