"Excellent for the Barbican"

There are lots of instructions, depending on if you use the parking facilities on site. So, instructions and key code to get through locked estate gates, then to get remote control and permit to get car in, then key lock to actual apartment Dispite these sounding confusing, it was actually simple The £50 deposit was reimbursed as soon as I requested it

We are elderly…so …En suite shower …didn’t use it for obvious reasons when you see it

"Nice but creaky place to stay."

The property was in a good spot and had all the equipment etc we needed for our stay.

The floor boards in both upstairs rooms were extremely creaky and so anyone moving about disturbed everyone. Also the church bell tolled at every hour through the night.

Property was very well maintained, kids friendly, all equipments were good, there wasn’t anything which required assistance from the owner. we had a great stay in the property and it was very near to the york centre (approx 1.2 mile). The duplex nature of the apartment was major plus and key attraction for my kids
