Resort Style Apartment/Home - The Woodlands

Absolutely love the amenities. Great resort style pool, wonderful fire pit, pool tables and also poker rooms if you want to just get away and have just time with your friends or family. Would be a great place to watch the Super Bowl game with friends either beside the pool or grilling in one of the many grilling areas or in one of the conference/ game rooms that you can request.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, the pictures on the listing do not do it justice! I will most definitely book this accommodation again for my next visit All facilities were as described if not better, the apartment was fully stocked with more than the essential cups/plates etc, and on arrival the table was set for us. All three bedrooms were a good size, especially the master! Netflix was available free on the living room television, and whilst I didnt turn them on there were multiple other TVs. The location was very safe and all the neighbors were super friendly. The shared facilities were free to access for us as guests (as if we lived there), including the big outdoor pool, well fitted gym, games room, massage chairs and tea/coffee bar in reception. The grounds were well very maintained and trash was collected for us from outside the apartment daily.

There was a slight difficulty in communication with the host (Ike) which meant no one was there to hand over keys for a while after arrival. Messages were not replied to or misunderstood. On arriving the building reception called the property manager (not the host) to bring us the keys and paperwork, but as he was on another site we had to wait for 1hr. The ladies in reception were welcoming, and showed us the complimentary drinks. Additionally, the online platform the host uses was temperamental especially for processing international phone numbers/credit cards. The property manager (Tom) was wonderful and resolved all of this on his arrival. A second key would have been an advantage as the complex access and shared areas require fob access, and while travelling with work colleagues we didn't all want to be in the same place at the same time - I didn't request this, but will next time.

Need swim towels and more cookware/bakeware/measuring cups. Broken blinds right where people walk by. Pool closed one day and no one was working on it. Not very clean.

wifi was very poor, appliances in unit were cheap , poor quality pans / kitchen ware , cheap coffee machine, washer didn’t work . management didn’t respond to requests …. very upset to spent our famiky vacation here at this property

Beautiful pool area

I didn’t receive the code to my room until an hour after check-in so I had to wait. The thermostat didn’t work (but was easily fixed by replacing the batteries), the Wi-Fi went out, and the microwave didn’t heat. I ended up leaving a day early.
