Resort Style Apartment/Home - The Woodlands

Absolutely beautiful property. Grateful. Everything in great condition. 

The pool was closed for some reason the first day we were there. We also never found the key fob for the pool, but it was OK because people let us in.

The apartment needed to be cleaned. A previous guest had left a ring in the tub, the floors needed sweeping, and the toilet seat in the second bedroom was chipped and worn out. It needed replacing. My daughter would not use it. They only left one roll of toilet paper and paper towels, so I had to purchase more. Additionally, there were no pans to cook breakfast, so I had to buy my pans. Furthermore, the apartment was dusty. Because there is a hefty cleaning price, I expected the apartment to be clean. The sofa in the front room is worn out and sucks up your bottom when sitting, and the dining room chairs do too. It's a lovely apartment overall. It can use some updates with the furniture, and the cleaning crew can do a better job. The beds in the second room were less comfy than the main bedroom.

Everything! The apartment equipped with everything. You don’t need to bring anything. In addition, the host response immediately for our queries.

We enjoyed the pool, and felt safe on the property. It was a nice relaxing trip.

Sorry to complain but the beds and pillows were not comfortable. That’s my only complaint.

There were bugs in the house. Crawling and irritating.

It’s a really nice place. Location is perfect. It was comfy and clean. The guy who gave me the keys and instructions was super nice.

It would have been nice to have kitchen basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. Also, upstairs neighbors are super noisy. I don’t know if there were children jumping or what but it was a bit stressful.

The place itself was great. It was Comfortable and in a good location. Everything was close by.

The company charged me 50% upfront. Not a problem. However then they charged me the full amount day of. They have not refunded and have stopped responding to My emails. Now I have to fix through my credit card company Which is going to be a pain. I emailed several times. They Initially said "no problem, we will refund once the payment goes Through". It went through on Monday and it is now Friday. Sadly annoyed that an otherwise great experience is being soured. But 50% more than the agreed upon price is definitely no okay.

I love everything, our experience was fantastic!!!

It was private. Pretty quiet. Comfortable and safe.

Someone left garbage on our patio. There were little things like the shower curtain liner was slimy and the detergent area in the washer that were dirty
