Resort Style Apartment/Home - The Woodlands

Convenient location, great amenities, friendly staff

Loved the location! Liked the fact that it was tucked off and not in a busy location but many things close by. We enjoyed the pool. With this being an apartment, the residents were friendly and quiet.

Had some trouble finding our apartment at first. Adding a building number when receiving your check in instructions would have been helpful. We also found keys in apartment and assumed they were for the gate. So adding an extra note under the keys saying what the keys are used for would be helpful as well.

The location was near everything. The place was clean and had everything you need if you were at home. Extra linen, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer. I will stay here again in the future.

Swimming area was nice. Pool table was nice. Parking was good.

Upon arrival I checked all areas to find 3 light bulbs out. No stoppers for bathtubs (not everyone takes showers). No stopper for kitchen sink to wash dishes. One dish towel. Both bar stools was broken. TV controls had the back missing over the batteries. No up to date appliances (EX: Air fryer / InstaPot) No pots to cook anything big in. Had 3 frying pans- 1 that could fit one fried egg in, 1 that could fit a small pancake in and a larger one that looked like someone wacked it over someone's head, the frying pan it didn't even touch 1/2 the burner. One extra large pizza pan. Absolutely no cooking tools but if they didn't have any big pots I guess I didn't need any. Had to go out and buy a spatula to turn burgers over. Not one mixing bowl in the house. Had to mix pancakes in a 3 cup pot. One colander and one pitcher. The toaster did not work. The GFI plug did not work to plug the coffee pot in. Had to move the coffee pot to the bar. The stove had foil wrapped drip pans (TACKY). We was located on the 1st floor, had a story above us. Every night they either was teaching tumbling or sprinting to adults - VERY NOISY could not get a good nights rest. This went on all night, during the day I think they slept. We finally gave up and checked out a day earlier to get some much needed rest,

The staff did not respond to my emails/messages. The unit was not very clean and did not have a pool view, as advertised.
