Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Fab accommodation, fab weekend"

Location excellent, parking took a while to find a spot but the left it there all weekend as location very central and good bus services. House very well presented and equipped had a fab weekend and would definitely return. Lytham and other local areas good to visit. 2 local pubs at either end of the street along with others a few minutes away. Lytham green at the end of the street .

One of the single beds needs attention as very creaky

"Clean, perfect position, give us all we needed."

Location perfect. Very clean. Everything we required. Perfect for a group of friends. Felt very safe, near to lots of bars, restaurants, shops, transport and the sea front. Also near the theatre we were visiting. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Didn’t have a coffee machine or caffetaire. Only one toilet that was in the bathroom, a separate toilet would be helpful as we were 5 friends. One bed was a little squeaky (all others were great)

"Cosy cottage in the heart of Lytham"

Lovely cosy cottage right in the centre of Lytham. Perfect location, extremely clean & homely. Will defiantly be staying again! 🤍

The check in time is 4pm which i think is pretty late if your only staying for the weekend, as there is nowhere to leave your bags. Again check out is 10am which is pretty early! Would prefer more like 2pm check in and 11 am checkout!

"A cute, little property that was in a great location for a short stay in Lytham."

The location The airy, light feel

The outdoor area at the rear needs some work. It was very tired looking. Having only one bathroom The roads were all closed for the Lytham Club Show on Saturday morning and we couldn’t get the car back to the property.
