Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Great short stay!"

Great for families! It had a back yard for the kids to play in which was a great! The location was fantastic, just tucked away from the main road on a lovely side street!

The twin beds were really uncomfortable!

There was no cutlery at the property, they had everything in the kitchen except cutlery. Might be an oversight

Nice location. Lytham shops at top of street and only 5 mins to St Annes beach

Nothing really - a mirror in the bedroom with the large double bed would be useful. A downstairs toilet would also be good - but no complaints - just 'nice to have' comments

"Nice cottage in lovely Lytham"

Nicely presented, spacious cottage in a great location. Easy to find free on street parking nearby.

The windows in both double bedrooms were jammed/locked shut which was uncomfortable in warm weather. The garden really needs a little TLC- weeding/quick tidy up/replace rusted furniture
