Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Superb"

We as a family loved everything at the property, was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need in a fabulous location for everything in the area shops restaurants and promenade brilliant weekend👍

Our only gripe as 6 of us stayed there was it only having one bathroom and also no spare towels but it would not put me off booking again
