It is a great option for students in Liverpool centre. I walked to most of the places I wanted to visit, staff were very helpful during my check-in and check-out during the early hours of the morning and the room was clean and the WiFi was very good.

Price, location

The shower had scalding hot water and the temperature was locked . I nearly burned myself the first day. I complained thrice but it didn't get solved, so I had to skip shower after a 10 hour workday. The heater wasn't working properly either. The other residents were noisy. People were banging the kitchen door till late night loudly and I was disrupted from my sleep multiple times due to the noise. There was no soap or washing cloth in the kitchen. There was no bin in the e suite washroom nor in the bedroom.
