the location is great, a 5/10 minute walk from the train station. staff were helpful and friendly. the room was clean and tidy, basic but perfect for a weekend.

False Advertising! No Private Kitchen as promised, the only reason I purchased this property and no one is offering me compensation!! Do not book

Location was ideal and staff were so friendly and helpful! Also the rooms were great and affordable, so happy this option is open for students!

My friend's key didn't work, so we had to bother someone to let her in and lock it every time we'd leave the flat, but staff were very friendly and helpful in accommodating that.

Property was good value for money, but other residentes were too loud

Staff was nice but the cleaning lady woke me up an hour before my check out time. She abruptly entered my room and then she “apologised” and called the receptionist to clarify why was I still there. I had to listened to her shouting outside my room. If it wasn’t for that, I would give then a 9, because halls were not clean. Been woken up abruptly was not a pleasant experience while solo traveling

Communal areas were filthy it was actually a health and safety hazard. Bathroom had not been cleaned since previous person used it as was hairs in the sink and skid marks in the toilet. Piles of bin bags in a supermarket trolley in the communal kitchen that were piled high with flies everywhere and smell was terrible. Pots of mouldy/half eaten food sitting about. Says it provides cups and mugs and cooking facilities however only 1 old mug in the kitchen between 5 rooms. Wouldn’t want to use the cooking facilities anyway.
