Spacious and comfortable room. Delicious evening meal. Very attentive and friendly staff, especially Yann and James. Great atmosphere.

Nice location, lovely building overall.

The room was a lot smaller than expected. Bathroom was nice, but you couldn't stand up to use the shower head. It also didn't pull out very far from the corner of the bath, so it was a very uncomfortable experience. The room was very hot, and as the lighting was bad (bulb not working above the headboard), I couldn't see how to turn the radiator down. Asked a member of staff to do that for us, "Yes, no problem, will do that straight away." and realised in the early hours, the radiator was still too hot to touch, we had to open the window. Pillows looked lovely and plump, but soon went flat when you lay down on it. Overall, it was not a good experience for a 5 star hotel, especially as the price reflected that!

Nice location

Room did not have a shower which is not at all acceptable. Room also smallest I’ve ever stayed in and very poorly lit.

Lovely room in the attic, room 5, the room was small (as expected) but perfectly formed with everything you need, great sound system, tea and coffee and an amazing bathroom

"Good stay with friendly staff, a tad pricey and a couple of minor points could be added."

Location and age of building. Liked being able to play music on speakers in our room via Bluetooth which was cool. Staff lovely.

Ceilings made getting in and out on inside of bed tricky but that’s the building. Felt pricey for the venue. TV signal needs addressing. Shower curtain in the eaves over the bath for showers
