No elevator in the building, hence carrying large luggage could be inconvenienced.

Location was poor, drug dealers and addicts everywhere on and around the block. Our kids commented on this immediately. Traces of attempted or successful burglaries on the main door, intermediate door and appartment door. Warning signs to ensure doors are truly locked written next to main door. Someone having written "Air B&B" with black marker on the appartment door surely did not improve on the situation. The real estate people who run the place are clearly in for the money. No sense of being in the hospitality business whatsoever. Trying to squeeze out extra charges everywhere (i.e. early arrival, before 3 pm). They went on to withhold the information for the retrieval code up to the hour, to avoid guests from actually gaining access earlier. Key needs to be collected at a convenience store else where, no host to welcome you. In the cumbersome description on how to use the flat they kind of forbade the use of the laundry machine, although it is advertised in the description of the flat as one of the appliances. No pleasant experience being in this place. Find somewhere else. This was a complete disappointment.
