Nicely decorated apartment, easy to walk into town with lots of bars/restaurants near.

The property was advertised as having two beds but in reality it only had a double and a sofa (not a sofa bed just a sofa). There were only enough towels for two and they were wet when left for us. The host did not reply at all for the whole trip when we raised queries about the extra bed or towel (as we paid for three people to stay). The host also did not provide check out instructions. Poor communication from host and would not recommend the flat for anyone with a party over two people.

Beautifully decorated and cozy flat in Oslo, with a nice balcony. Kitchen well equipped. It was within walking distance from the train station and about 20-25' walk from the harbor.

Radiator in the bedroom wasn't working. Also the curtain in the bedroom dropped on the floor the moment I touched it, it was loosely hanging from the curtain clips, we spent 20' trying to fix the curtains so that we can have some privacy in the bedroom. The windows in the apartment overlooked a central courtyard, where other flats look directly into the living room. This might be a bit concerning for people who value their privacy. Communication with the host was poor. After the automatic first message with the instructions, he didn't provide info or assistance on whether we could leave our luggage before our check in time (for reference, the same store the owner asks you to pick up the keys from, also offers a luggage storage option-ask the staff for how to pay for it). Owner's short reply was "not possible". Owner wouldn't pick up the phone after 3 attempts. The owner sent us wrong Opening hours of the 7-11 store where the keys can be returned The store opens at 10am on Sundays but the owner's info says 7am, leading us to unnecessary stress at 8am on Sunday rushing to catch a train and a plane to find out what to do with the keys. The owner wasn't replying to messages or phone calls, he picked up the phone after the 3rd phone call and he asked to run back to the flat and leave the keys on the counter. 40' of our breakfast was lost due to misinformation from the host.
