Location was good, apartment very clean. Very well equipped.

Information details for appliances. Information about what to do in the event of a fire should be in the apartment. The fire atlarm was activated on Boxing Day (fortunately a false alarm) but we were unsure what we should do. A neighbour was very helpful.

The location was brilliant, just across the road from the bullring. It was a big apartment with lovely comfy sofas & a sofa bed if needed. Bed was very comfy. Everything you needed for a short break. Very clear & good instructions as how to locate apartment by foot & car. Also clear instructions as how to locate the right door from the car park to the apartment. Very good communication from Emma & Chris. Happy to help.

The only negative was the carpets could do with a clean. Maybe it's something they have planned this winter. Having to collect & Return the keys to a garage. Although it was just round the corner so wasn't too much of an issue. Nothing else

Great location and lovely apartment. Clean with all facilities. Great size. Had to chase up the £200 deposited after a week. But it was then returned.

A little outdated and worn in places (carpets) broken door on to balcony.

Difficult to locate the apartment within the blocks, walked around for over 15 minutes trying to find. Building concierge not helpful at all.
