Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment at The PostBox

Great location, inside the apartment is really lovely, great facilities.

Key collection from another location is not convenient. Only 1 key which is problematic. Apt very hard to find. Balcony can only be accessed through one of the bedrooms. Bathrooms need ventilation. Damage deposit was a concern as nobody there to assess condition on arrival, however mine was returned promptly.

The washing machine and household items are very old, and the carpet smells very bad and unpleasant. Only the staff are helpful and enthusiastic.

The house is of poor quality and moldy.

The apartments were very clean and well thought out and I appreciated the courtesy call to explain a change in our booking, from one apartment to two and the fact they were close.

The post codes and directions around 5 ways was confusing. What 3 words might help people unfamiliar with the area. The property was confusing to navigate. Lots of doors are very few signs. We couldn’t work out if we could get in via the reception.

It wasn’t easy to find the apartment as it wasn’t clear how to get from the car park. More specific instructions would be good

Great comms. Parking included. Easy to pick up key and access the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfect location for us. Nice and spacious. We didn't eat in (too many nearby restaurants and pubs to try) but kitchen looked well equipped. Property manager extremely nice and helpful, which always turns a good experience into an excellent one - thank you Chris!

Nothing we didn't like so just a handy hint: it can be tricky to find the apartment from the reception desk (actually not sure you can) so don't ever go in that way! Access via car park (check the signs by the doors to get the right one) or side door. I think it's explained in the apartment welcome book but of course we didn't spot it...and you have to be in there to read it!

Location was excellent, lots of space in the apartment, safe car parking , everything you needed for good break away . Contact with owners was excellent

Having to collect keys from a petrol station. Would of been better with a key box.
