The property was easy to locate and get into, the rooms were spacious and clean, made us feel at home straight away! The kitchen which was shared amongst the guests had all the essentials we needed. The location itself was close to bus stops and even an easy pathway to walk into the city centre. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Our host was amazing in contacting us and checking in on our stay.

Really lovely studio, fully modern and had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, great aircon. Best sleep we had in Italy. Responsive host. Highly recommend! Bus stop outside for quick travel into the centre. Lovely pizza and gelato nearby.

Bathroom across the hall rather than en-suite (we knew this when booking), plus very thin walls meant you could hear the occupants of the other rooms very clearly

Siamo stati in 2, in una stanza di questa struttura La stanza era carina, non lontano dalla fiera di Bologna, che era la nostra destinazione per il week-end che vi abbiamo trascorso. La posizione era abbastanza comoda: la fiera era raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto o volendo anche con i mezzi. La stanza è stata di una cucina in comune con altre 3 stanze, con caffè e thè a disposizione, frigo, e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Il bagno era spazioso e comodo. Alla struttura si accedeva tramite una registrazione online e non c'è stato contatto con i proprietari, con cui abbiamo fatto tutto online (cosa che può piacere o meno).

Appartement très propre et confortable, à 20 min à pied du centre-ville (trajet très agréable).

The place was clean and spacious. The common kitchen and living room were great with all the facilities to cook. We had no trouble finding a free parking spot near the property and we could walk to town in just under 30 minutes.

The first night one of the neighbors listened to loud TV until midnight. Not the property's fault, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
