Very nice hosts, great communication, safe and green area, clean and cozy!

A bit nosy.

We had a private Bathroom but it was across the common hall and it was inconvient.

Great communication from the host and easy check in are great. Location is also pretty good: nice, green and safe area The property is next to bus stop and not far by walk from the old city

Toilet wasn't properly separated from the rest of the room: the door was not closing completely and there were no privacy Bed is located next to the bathroom and it stinks pretty heavily The sound isolation is not good and noise comes from multiple sources: other tenants, street traffic Facilities in the room are very basic Cost is very expensive for the facilities

Luca, the host, was responsive and always helpful - he made my stay great. The apartment is stylishly furnished with all the needed comforts. The location is convenient and nice. I highly recommend staying at Fabula Rooms.

We liked everything about this apartment. Spacious, clear, comfortable,, nice decorated, very nice neighborhood. Self check in was easy and the communication with the property the best. It is not exactly in the center, but there are many option of public transport around and small shops and coffee shops near.

The Apartment was super clean and well planned. Check in and entry to the apartment was easy to understand with the website. The Staff were friendly and checked in on our stay frequently

I think they could have been a bit clearer (either Booking.com or the hosts) that its a shared apartment with other guests. While it was still a lovely experience, I wasn't aware at first that this was the layout when booking it. But luckily it wasn't an issue.

Właściciel bardzo kontaktowy i pomocny. Bardzo łatwe samodzielne zameldowanie. Wspólna kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, z dostępem do ekspresu, kawy i herbaty, a także kuchenki. W naszym pokoju prywatna łazienka, a także balkon. Mały sklepik obok bramy, parę minut dalej większy supermarket. Blisko do stacji kolejowej, z której można podjechać na dworzec centralny i stamtąd pójść do centrum miasta. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni

Struttura essenziale ed accogliente, a pochi minuti di Bus dal centro. Ottima la pulizia e l'ordine. Il proprietario è molto attento e "presente". Ci ritornerò.
